• Jurisdiction & Liability: To manage professional liability compliance, all services and contractual agreements are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with Dutch Law. Any disputes shall be submitted solely to the competent court in The Netherlands.
• Strict Territorial Exclusion: My practice operates under a strictly closed global framework. All services, registrations, and coaching agreements from clients residing in or operating from Canada and the USA are explicitly and irrevocably excluded to mitigate unhedged liabilities.
